The Bikkur Cholim ("visit the sick") committee and its dedicated volunteers at Monroe Temple Beth-El serve the community during a time of need and provide comfort during times of sickness and stress. A volunteer may visit an ill congregant in their home, hospital, nursing home, assist with transportation, cook and/or deliver meals, send get well cards and make reassuring phone calls to those in need.

If you know someone is ill and would like assistance, or if you need assistance, please contact the Temple office so they can inform the Bikkur Cholim Committee who may be able to assist in some way.
